Dr. Sylvest will guide a discussion on the energy eld of the body and its energy centers (Chakras), including how the Chakras relate to the mental-emotional experience of the individual.  Yoga is a particularly useful form of meditation for, with proper intent, it stimulates and helps "open up" the Chakras thus facilitating healing and maintaining good health.
